A deletion request deactivates the account in 72 hours. Complete destruction of information takes up to 90 days (excluding financial history, which is stored for 7 years). You can also submit a request to temporarily "freeze" the processing of your data by stating the reason.

Limitation of Liability

FAV365UA uses advanced protection systems, but in a digital environment, it is impossible to guarantee 100% security against large-scale cyberattacks or vulnerabilities on the side of third-party services. We are not liable if you become a victim of phishing or voluntarily pass your passwords to third parties.

Policy Updates

The terms of this Policy may change in accordance with new laws or technologies. We notify users of important updates via email 14 days prior to their implementation. Continued use of the site implies your consent to the new rules. If you do not agree, you have the right to close your account.
